TapMind Website Terms of Use — Version 1.0, effective 1 October 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover. This website, tapmind.com (the "Site"), is operated by TapMind Technologies Pvt Ltd (CIN U72200KA2015PTC083215, Zed Pentagon, 4th Floor, NGR Layout, Roopena Agrahara, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, India) ("TapMind", "we"), a member of the TapMind group, which also includes TapMind Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (UEN 202642669W, 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422). These Terms govern your use of the Site, including its documentation pages. They do not govern the TapMind SDK, platform or services, which are provided to publishers and partners under separate written agreements; if you are a contracted publisher or partner, those agreements govern your use of the services and prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

2. Use of the Site. You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system; introduce malicious code; scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the Site except as permitted by our documentation; misrepresent your affiliation with TapMind; or interfere with the Site's operation or with other users' use of it. Security research is welcome under our vulnerability-disclosure policy at Report a Vulnerability.

3. Documentation and SDK. Developer documentation on the Site is provided for publishers integrating the TapMind SDK. Documentation may be used to integrate the SDK under a Publisher Agreement; it may not be republished or used to build competing products. The SDK itself is licensed under the Publisher Agreement and the TapMind SDK Licence at SDK Licence; downloading or using the SDK is subject to that licence, not these Terms.

4. Intellectual property. The Site and its content — text, documentation, graphics, logos, trademarks, software and design — are owned by TapMind Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. "TapMind" and the TapMind logo are trademarks of TapMind Technologies Pvt Ltd. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content. You may view and print pages for your own reference.

5. Accounts. Access to the TapMind platform (mediation.tapmind.io) is provided to contracted publishers under the Publisher Agreement; these Terms do not create any right to an account.

6. Third-party links. The Site may link to third-party sites and resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy and our cookie notice at Website Cookies describe how we process personal data, including on this Site.

8. Disclaimer. The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Documentation may be updated without notice; the version applicable to a given SDK release is identified on the page. Nothing on the Site is legal advice.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapMind and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to ten thousand Indian rupees (₹10,000). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify TapMind against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date; material changes are announced on the page at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Prior versions are available at Terms of Use.

12. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

13. General. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and cookie notice, are the entire agreement between you and TapMind regarding the Site. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor.
